Unfortunate

Unfortunate to deal with a difficult customer help, and be told I can't return the product I bought without having a PayPal account for them to refund the money.

I bought a Adonit Note which claimed to be able to be used on Surface pros, but won't work. I asked to return and was told I would have to pay for shipping and then they'd refund the money to a PayPal account. I politely asked why they couldn't just refund it back to my credit card, and was told if I wanted a refund I had to use a PayPal account.

I'm not mad, just seems a little sad that a company rated pretty well won't admit their own mistakes. Not mention the person from the company I was emailing back seemed to get more annoyed with each question I asked back about yhe return process. So I'm done, it's unfortunate that I'm out $30, but I'm done dealing with this.

Great stylus for my iPad Air (3rd gen)

Paired instantly with iPad and works great. My only qualm is it is a little too sensitive for my drawings in Procreate. Not sure how to remedy that. Other than that is works great!
