Dead after first charge

Stylus worked perfectly fine for about a few weeks (until the battery died) and charged for the recommended 1hr 40min. Stylus did not turn back on. When plugged in the light remained green and when disconnected from power, promptly turned off. Did not work while charging either.

Please try these methods to solve your problem:
*charge on the USB port of your computer/laptop (do not use any adapters) for an entire one-hour
*rotate your pen on the charger base

If still can't be fully charged, please connect to help mail, and will replace it for you.

Don't work at all

These pens don't work on the devices they say they will AND def don't work with procreate and no one has responded to my email to return them.
