It takes 1hr 20 mins for the Adonit Neo Ink to be fully charged.
What do the two shortcut buttons on the Adonit Neo Ink do?
Adonit Neo Ink features two shortcut buttons allowing you to quickly access features like eraser and right-click functions.
In most apps, you can use the eraser by holding the lower button and move the tip on the area you want to clear.
To use right-click function: hold the upper button and tap on the screen.
The features might vary in different apps.
Can I use Adonit Neo Ink on other capacitive touchscreen devices?
No, Adonit Neo Ink is designed only for Windows powered tablets and 2-in-1 devices.
If your device is not on the list, we still have other styluses for you.

Does Adonit Neo Ink have Bluetooth? Do I need to pair Adonit Neo Ink with any apps?
No, Adonit Neo Ink does not have Bluetooth, it can be used by simply pressing the button of the stylus, there’s no need to pair it with any devices or Bluetooth.
How do I use the special features of Adonit Neo Ink? (i.e palm rejection & pressure sensitivity)
No need to set up on your device or apps.
As long as your device supports Adonit Neo Ink, it will support advanced features.
However, a few apps may choose not to enable those active stylus features.
How do I charge my Adonit Neo Ink?
To charge, just insert the included standard micro USB-C connector into the charging end of Adonit Neo Ink and plug the remaining end into a standard USB port. (You don’t need to use any adapters)
Does Adonit Neo Ink turn off automatically?
Yes, it will turn off automatically after 30 minutes.
Is the tip of Adonit Neo Ink replaceable?
Yes, you can use the tweezer included in the box to pull out the old tip and then replace it with the new tip.
