Doesn’t hold a charge

Writes well but can’t hold any charge whatsoever. As soon as it’s unplugged it dies.

It sounds like your device's battery might be failing or there could be an issue with the power management system. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check the Power Adapter and Cable:
Ensure the power adapter and cable are working correctly. Sometimes, a faulty charger can cause power issues.
If you still in one year warranty please mail to us for replacement.

Ich hatte eimal einen kurzen Stylus von Adonit, der auf allen meinen Android-Geräten funktionierte ! Leider defekt. Ich habe kein Aple-Gerät !!!

Unfortunate

Unfortunate to deal with a difficult customer help, and be told I can't return the product I bought without having a PayPal account for them to refund the money.

I bought a Adonit Note which claimed to be able to be used on Surface pros, but won't work. I asked to return and was told I would have to pay for shipping and then they'd refund the money to a PayPal account. I politely asked why they couldn't just refund it back to my credit card, and was told if I wanted a refund I had to use a PayPal account.

I'm not mad, just seems a little sad that a company rated pretty well won't admit their own mistakes. Not mention the person from the company I was emailing back seemed to get more annoyed with each question I asked back about yhe return process. So I'm done, it's unfortunate that I'm out $30, but I'm done dealing with this.

Great stylus for my iPad Air (3rd gen)

Paired instantly with iPad and works great. My only qualm is it is a little too sensitive for my drawings in Procreate. Not sure how to remedy that. Other than that is works great!
