pen somewhat working?

everytime i try to use it, it only works for less than one minute and then it just doesnt work?

Please make sure that already full charge(can use 9 hours), and Neo pro only support magnetically attach and wireless charge with those model, please refer:
iPad Air (3rd/4th/5th/6th Generation)
iPad mini (5th/6th Generation)
iPad Pro 11'(1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th Generation)
iPad Pro 12.9'/13'(3rd/4th/5th/6th/7th Generation)

The pen can't charge less than a year of use. I tried to contact the support for warranty. After a few emails, they stop responding.

Adonit Neo Pro only supports wireless charging on iPad Pro 11" (1/2/3), iPad Pro 12.9" (3/4/5)、iPad mini 6、 iPad Air 4/5.
If you still can't charge by those devices please mail to help mail and return it.
