Terrible Customer Support

I have sent several emails requesting a refund as directed to do so. I have included all the required information but I have not received a response. Very disappointed with the customer support

The product has not arrived.

The product still has not arrived. The delivery record says "delivered to sender". I contacted the support center, but there is still no response. All that remains is the credit card payment slip.
I strongly request you to improve the delivery and ensure reliable delivery for my order.

Return nightmare for a pen that damages fold phones

Was trying for weeks to return a pen that was damaging the inner screen of my foldable phone. Never responded to my emails and now stuck with a pen that if I use it will damage my phone

Adonit must be reset

About once every 1-3 minutes my adonit 4 stylus stops responding to screen and i must reset it. Maybe I got a defective one because I went through all troubleshooting steps.
