What is the Nest USB-C to Headphone Jack & USB-C Adapter?

This is a USB-C Hi-Res audio adapter with PD (Power Delivery) & QC (Quick Charge) charging, which allows you to connect USB-C enabled PC, laptop, or PC to your 3.5 mm audio headphones, headsets, speakers, or microphones, helping you to enjoy fantastic music or record what you want to record while charging your phone. The USB-C female port can charge the host and supply power for the adapter at the same time.

How do you start using Nest USB-C to Headphone Jack & USB-C Adapter?

1. Connect the USB-C port of this product to the USB-C host.

2. Connect the speaker/headphone connector to a standard headset.

3. Connect the USB-C charging port to the USB-C Power Adapter (including the PD (Power Delivery) adapter), it can charge the host computer or cellphone and support this adapter to work simultaneously.

    Yes, USB-C female port supports PD (Power Delivery) with power up to 60 W (20 V/3 A) QC (Quick charge) Charging with power up to 18 W (9 V/2 A).

    Can support digital audio and analog audio?

    Only can work on a USB-C host that supports transmitting USB digital audio, it can’t work on a USB-C host that only supports analog audio mode.

    Why my audio function can't work?

    When working on a USB-C mobile phone that doesn’t support data role swap, the audio may stop working when plugging power adapter.

    Why can't I adjust the volume?

    The volume can’t be adjusted when connecting an Apple headset which only supports volume adjustment on Apple-made products.

    Can I have a phone call on Samsung or Blackberry?

    This product doesn’t support making phone calls on Samsung S8 / Note 9 / Blackberry Keyone.

    When your mobile phone not support PD (Power Delivery) function?

    When connecting to USB-C mobile phones without PD (Power Delivery) function, the audio and charging functions are alternatives, the charging function takes priority.
