I did not Received the Adonit Pencil yet. It takes a long Time since the 9th of july.
I paid more for this pen because I read that it was high quality. However, less than two weeks of using it occasionally, the bottom portion of the pen fell off somewhere. I didn’t even know it was coming loose or that it could lose anything from it. It still writes but missing some piece that screws in on the bottom. I am really disappointed.
I had originally purchased this product solely for the intention of using this to draw on my phone. Unfortunately, it was a wobbly mess on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus. I anticipate this is due to the innate hardware of my own phone, but still it was a absolute mess. However, I decided on a whim to try it on my iPad, which just so happened to have a non-functional Apple Pencil. And it worked to dream. So, I don't know what to make of this. It will come very much in handy, But I am still quite annoyed that it does not function properly on my phone. I do not know if this is the fault of the manufacturer or the fault of Samsung. Hence, three stars.
I love my Neo Duo. It's a huge help as I've severe nerve damage and find it hard to hold the phone and type.
However I removed it from its carry sheath and I've lost the aluminum collar from the end of the stylus. Do you offer replacement collar parts and could this be under warranty possibly; the collar would need to be screwed on every few days as it worked loose from use.
The product is great. I would love a Dash 4 and eagerly await its re stocking.
Cheers

Hi Ryk,
I appreciate your transparency. But unfortunately we don't offer the aluminum collar, and the return must include all the parts. Thank you for your understanding.

My response
This response is unacceptable. A $55 tool falling apart in under 30 days is a manufacturing defect, not user
error.
The aluminum collar detached due to product failure.
Refusing to honor a return or warranty because the defective piece that fell off is missing is an absurd policy. I expect premium support for a premium price.
Escalate this ticket to a supervisor immediately. I expect either a full refund or a replacement. If this is not resolved, my next steps are filing a chargeback with my bank for defective merchandise and posting this exchange to public consumer protection boards.
Ryk
Using this on an Samsung Tab S8. The stylus works. However it lags, and without palm rejection it is practically unusable.
